Working with a private investment property development company on the renovation of a property in Sutton, Surrey we designed, supplied and installed a home cinema system and multi-room audio system, utilising Control4 technologies. Our teams worked during the renovation to ensure all cabling and hardware seamlessly integrated into the renovation project.
This project uses Control4 an expansive, intuitive control system. Its modular design allows simple and inexpensive expansion.The main controller includes a hard drive music server that can allow music to be streamed around the property
The main reception rooms, home cinema and swimming pool have an integrated audio system, using Bose loudspeakers, mounted discretely in each location.
The drawing room use a Bose Freespace system, providing high quality audio with rich bass from tiny speaker cubes. A hidden Sub-Bass module creates a full rich sound that is difficult to pinpoint.
All of the other reception rooms and kitchen are fitted with Bose ceiling speakers.
The home cinema uses the Bose Acoustimass system and has a large 4k TV linked to Sky Q, with Sky controlled throughout the house via the Control4 touch screen system.
The swimming pool area is fitted with wall mounted Bose Freespace DS16SE speakers. These speakers are environmentally protected, making them ideal for the high humidity experienced in the pool area.
