Returning for Stage 2 of this project this installation was carried out as part of a new extension to the rear of the property as well major refurbishment of the rear half of the existing property.
This installation incorporates a full Control4 Smart Home Solution, running on the latest V3 software. The installed AV solution around the house comprises of 7 audio zones using a combination of Bose and Bowers & Wilkins speakers. The lounge uses a Dolby Digital 5.1 system and the home cinema has a Dolby Atmos 5.4.1 system.
The Video distribution is capable of sending 4K HDR around the property to 8 screens. This allows 3 Sky Q boxes, a Blu Ray player and Media Server to deliver content to every room.
Centralised lighting control is fitted to the extended part of the property.
Parts of the existing house that were not involved in the major refurbishment have retro fitted Control4 wireless keypads. Voice and Keypad activated scenes allows control of not only lighting but full scenarios of closing blinds and switching on AV.
Security around the property is enhanced by four CCTV cameras and a connected alarm system. Integrating with Control4 allows you to access your cameras from anywhere, including your TVs. The connection to the alarm, allows the movement detectors to activate lighting or when the alarm is activated send you a snap shots from your CCTV cameras.
High quality wifi allows for fast internet around the home, giving high speed across the property.
